Find Your Serve and Pass

Overhand serving and platform passing are THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT skills in volleyball. Athletes who are just learning the sport of volleyball need to master these two skills to find success. Our ‘Find Your Serve and Pass’ program has trained staff coaches that will be working with athletes on proper mechanics of serving and passing. The program consists of four 2-hour sessions. Each 2-hour session will include individual attention from our instructors and athletes will be serving and passing a lot of balls to find their consistency. The first hour will be serving focused, and the second hour will be passing focused.

Both groups will use volley-lite volleyball.

Kick Off Clinics

Our Spike Frog recreational league divisions keep growing and growing every season with friends of friends and new friends excited to learn and play more volleyball.

At the end of our league registration period, we hold a FREE league kick-off clinic where athletes are invited to join us out on the courts for a one-hour clinic that includes focus on a skill, practice of that skill and fun game play.  It’s also an opportunity to meet some of our coaches.

Mark your calendar, invite your friends, and come experience why so many Spike Frog friends play volleyball with us every season. League registration is not required to attend the clinic and it’s free to everyone.  It’s a blast!

Knee-pads ($10) and volleyballs ($12) will be available for purchase from our volleyball products partner The Pancake Nut.  Tax is included and cash or checks are accepted.
