HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION INFORMATION

Spike Frog Volleyball is excited to announce a new higher level division to our Leagues. Our increased training and improved coaching methods will more closely emulate those of an actual school or club team. Whether you are currently playing for your high school team or are no longer playing for high school, this is an excellent opportunity to get on the court to practice and play volleyball and keep it fun. This division is open to boys and girls from 9th - 12th grade. This division is for INTERMEDIATE level players, not for beginners. Each athlete must have experience playing in a year of Boss Frog Pro, School Volleyball, or Club Volleyball (or of equivalent competition). A qualified Spike Frog or Austin Velocity coach runs practice (40 minutes, then each team spends the last 20 minutes with their own volunteer coach). Each team also needs a volunteer parent coach for Saturday game days — if no one on the roster volunteers for the season, we build a rotating schedule so each parent covers one game day. No team is ever cancelled for lack of a coach.
